Oliver Stormshak and Sam Schroeder from Olympia Coffee Roasters made the drive up and brought their public cupping series to “The Lab” at La Marzocco.  Their goal was to introduce and walk the group that gathered through the process of how coffees are cupped and scored and what practically looks like.  It was a special treat to hear Oliver’s passion for education, for quality coffee, and everyone who participated walked away with a fresh perspective of the process.
